User Menu
The User Menu provides quick access to personal settings and account controls within the SDA Platform. Accessible from the top-right corner of the interface, the User Menu allows each user to customize their experience, manage personal preferences, and securely end their session. These options apply only to the currently logged-in user and do not affect platform-wide configurations.

Profile
The Profile option displays key account information such as your name, email address, and assigned role(s). From here, users can review their permissions, update select personal details, and access links to account-related settings such as password or credential updates (depending on whether the tenant uses SDA-managed authentication or external SSO). Additionally, a user can Enable MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)

Theme
The Theme setting allows users to switch between Dark Mode, Midnight Blue Mode and Light Mode, enabling a personalized viewing experience that fits different lighting conditions or accessibility preferences. Theme settings apply instantly and persist across sessions for convenience.

Language
The Language option provides the ability to select the preferred interface language for the SDA Platform. Changing this setting updates all supported UI text, menus, and navigation elements. Language preferences are stored per user to ensure a consistent experience across devices. Changing language does not translate data from your devices, such as Gateway, Device, Project, Document or Pipeline name or description.

Logout
The Logout action securely ends the current session and returns the user to the login screen. Logging out is recommended when using shared or public devices to ensure security. If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled, logout behavior may redirect through the organization’s identity provider.
