Creating a Tenant Directly

This article explains the tenant account creation process for the SDA Console

To begin the application setup process, complete the following steps:

1. Access the Onboarding Portal Navigate to https://app.eu1.sdaconsole.io/onboarding in your web browser.

2. Complete the Onboarding Process The onboarding wizard will guide you through four required configuration steps:

   • Administration Setup: Configure administrative settings and user permissions

   • Password Configuration: Establish security credentials and password policies

   • Company Information: Enter your organization's details and preferences

   • Review and Confirmation: Verify all settings before finalizing the setup

Each step must be completed in sequence before proceeding to the next phase of the configuration process.

Note: Ensure you have the necessary administrative privileges and company information readily available before beginning the onboarding process.

Account Verification

After successfully creating your account, you will receive an email containing a verification code. To complete the account setup process:

1. Check Your Email A verification email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. This email contains a unique verification code required for account activation.

2. Enter Verification Code Navigate to the verification page that appears after account creation, or follow the link provided in the verification email. Enter the verification code exactly as it appears in the email.

3. Complete Verification Once the correct verification code is entered, your account will be activated and you can proceed with using the application.

Important Notes:

• The verification email may take a few minutes to arrive

• Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the email within 5 minutes

• Contact support if you encounter issues receiving or entering the verification code
